I am just not ready. mind body or soul to be another year older, I know it seems like a nothing but in my mind it is another year gone, another year I am not sure I have made the best of me.
It is a strange feeling and where as I have not been in the best place emotionally this last month, I promise you all I am ok just working through the things being open and honest. Part of me wants others to see it is ok to say how you are feeling, it is ok to not be ok!
